For me, it’s not there.” Considering he’s won the last four league titles in England, including a treble in 2022/23, it’s understandable that he might feel like he’s seen it all and done it all. 

It’s almost like he’s having a moment similar to DJ Khaled’s 2013 album, "Suffering From Success," where achieving everything he set out to do has left him feeling a bit tired of winning. 

But don’t get it twisted—Pep Guardiola won’t be knocked off his perch easily. The second part of his quote reveals his true mindset: “When we arrive in the last month and we are close to winning another Premier League, then that will be the motivation.” Pep is a relentless winner.
