**Manchester United vs. Liverpool**

Liverpool head into this game as favourites. They've kicked off the season with a pair of 2-0 wins, while Manchester United is coming off a painful loss to Brighton. But beyond current form, Manchester United needs to tread carefully.

**Arsenal vs. Brighton** 

Brighton heads to London looking to break their 7-game winless streak in the capital. Last season, they struggled against London teams, losing four and drawing three, including a 2-0 defeat to Arsenal on their visit. 31-year-old Fabian Hürzeler, the youngest head coach in Premier League history, is off to a great start with the Seagulls, winning all three games so far this season - which included a 4-0 win over Crawley Town in the League Cup - with an impressive average of 3 goals per game.

Going into this match, he’ll be pushing for a third straight league win—something Brighton hasn’t achieved in a league since the 2011/12 season when they were in the Championship. 

Mikel Arteta is also eyeing a win this weekend. A victory for the Gunners would mark the second time under his leadership that they've started the season with three straight EPL wins—a feat they only accomplished twice in the 27 years before he took over. 

This season, Arsenal’s strength lies in their defense, thanks to key reinforcements. It’s paid off, as they’re one of just two teams (alongside Liverpool) yet to concede a goal this season. 

We expect a low-scoring game similar to their win over Aston Villa, but look out for contributions from Bukayo Saka and Kai Havertz, both of whom excel at the Emirates.

**Leverkusen vs. RB Leipzig**

All this considered, we’re going for a Leverkusen goal in the second half. They love a second half goal!  

Xabi Alonso’s side have won 3 consecutive Bundesliga games against Leipzig for the first time - more wins than they had in their previous 13 meetings (2).

Despite this, RB Leipzig is actually in solid form, currently on a 12-game unbeaten streak in the league, the second longest in the country, only behind Leverkusen’s 35. 

However, there's a concern with their defense, which hasn’t kept a clean sheet in 14 straight Bundesliga games—a new club record they aren’t proud of.

**West Ham vs. Man City**

West Ham hasn't won any of their last 17 league meetings with Manchester City since 2015 (D3, L14), which should tell us enough, but let's dig deeper. 

Pep Guardiola's side is unbeaten in 21 Premier League games in 2024, with 18 wins and 3 draws—marking their longest unbeaten start to a calendar year in club history. 

Overall, they've gone 25 league games without a loss, winning the last 11 in a row. It’s hard to bet against City here, and we've got the best odds backing them for another win. 

When it comes to picking a likely scorer, Erling Haaland is the obvious choice. In his 4 league games against West Ham, he’s netted 4 times, including a brace on his Premier League debut. 

This season, he’s already bagged 4 goals in the first two games, making him a top pick as an “anytime scorer.” Considering West Ham hasn’t kept a clean sheet in 10 straight home games, we think it's a smart bet to back the Norwegian to score again. 

● Man City to Win

**Newcastle vs. Tottenham**

One thing our online betting community can always count on when these two teams face off is goals. This is the most-played EPL fixture (58 games) that has never ended goalless, and we don't expect that streak to end this weekend, especially with Spurs coming off a 4-0 win over Everton. However, their luck ran out in last weekend's 1-1 draw with Bournemouth, and they followed that up with another 1-1 draw against Forest in the League Cup on Wednesday. Up against a sharper and well-rested Spurs side, it looks like they could be in for a tough afternoon.

**Lille vs. PSG**

Despite Kylian Mbappé's departure and Goncalo Ramos’s long-term injury on the season's opening day, PSG have kicked off the season in style, scoring 10 goals in just 2 games.

A win won’t come easily, though. Lille held PSG to a draw the last time they met at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy, and avoiding defeat this time would mark the first time since 2012 that they’ve gone two home games unbeaten against PSG.

However, Lille was in action on Wednesday in a physically and mentally taxing Champions League qualifier Slavia Praha. They lost the game but advanced on aggregate, which gives them a confidence boost. Still, PSG is well-rested, and that could make all the difference.

**Real Madrid vs. Real Betis**

One win and two draws in their first 3 games have left Real Madrid already 4 points behind league leaders Barcelona. It’s their worst start since the 2019/20 season under Zinedine Zidane, and given the investment in the squad, it’s definitely below expectations—though it’s too early to panic with just 3 games played.

However, if the reigning LaLiga winners fail to secure 3 points at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday, we might start hearing some early alarm bells. 

Recent history suggests those alarm bells might indeed ring. Five of the last seven LaLiga clashes between these two teams have ended in a draw, including the last three in a row. 

Another draw would set a league record for consecutive draws between two teams—a result the visitors likely wouldn't mind. 

While Real Madrid boasts a strong attack—though it hasn't quite hit its stride yet—it’s their defense they'll need to rely on this Sunday. They've kept clean sheets in their last 4 LaLiga home games and could make it 5 for the first time since 1996.

**Chelsea vs. Crystal Palace**

After a dominant 6-2 victory over Wolves on Sunday, Chelsea will look to keep the momentum going this weekend. 

The Blues have won their last 13 Premier League games against Crystal Palace, marking the second-longest winning streak by an team against a single opponent in English Football League history. Only Man City’s 14-game winning streak over Bournemouth surpasses it. 

The Eagles have struggled mightily in this matchup, losing 80% of their 30 EPL meetings with Chelsea (W4, D2, L24), the highest loss rate by any team against another in the league with a minimum of 30 games played. 

Even though Noni Madueke netted a hat-trick and might seem like a tempting pick to score this weekend, we're backing Cole Palmer instead. The English forward not only scored the best goal in that 6-2 win over Wolves, but also chipped in with 3 assists. He’s back in form and we’re backing him.  

While Crystal Palace had a strong finish to last season, especially from their French forward Jean-Philippe Mateta who scored 16 goals in the final 18 league games, they’ve struggled to find that form this season, starting with 2 losses. 

On the bright side, they secured a 4-0 win in the Carabao Cup, with Mateta scoring twice and providing an assist. Maybe it’s time for him to get his first league goal of the season.

**Athletic Bilbao vs. Atlético**

Atlético may be a revamped side this season, thanks to the heavy investment by the club over the summer, but it's Bilbao that enters this match with more confidence. 

The hosts have won 4 of their last 6 LaLiga meetings with Atlético. Just last season, these two teams faced off 4 times across all competitions, with Bilbao winning 3 of those—marking the most wins they've had over Atlético in a single season since 1977/78. 

That said, it’ll be interesting to see how a firing attack matches up against a solid defense. Bilbao has scored in 11 consecutive LaLiga games, their longest streak since November 2010. 

On the other hand, Atlético’s 6 clean sheets since May are the most by any team in the Top 5 European leagues. It’s worth noting that Bilbao is tied for 3rd on that list with 4 clean sheets. Considering all this, we’re leaning toward a low-scoring game that could go either way.

**Lazio vs. Milan**

Paulo Fonseca’s stint at Milan has gotten off to a rough start, and they desperately need to get back on track before this trip to Lazio.
