Enzo Maresca replaced Mauricio Pochettino at Chelsea, after leading Leicester City to the Championship title and promotion last season. Kieran McKenna guided Ipswich to back-to-back promotions, securing a Premier League spot for the first time since 2002. His first top-flight match is against Liverpool on August 17.  

Russell Martin secured promotion in his debut campaign at Southampton, leading the team back to the Premier League after a one-year absence. Fabian Hurzeler, at just 31, is set to become the youngest head coach to take charge of a Premier League match when he oversees his first fixture against Everton. He joins Brighton from St. Pauli, where he led the team to promotion to the Bundesliga, replacing Roberto De Zerbi.
