● The Promotion 

• "Early Millionaires" (the "Promotion") is a promotional giveaway offered by SV Gaming Limited, Trading as BetKing Nigeria ("BetKing", "we", "us") to eligible customers during the Promotion Period. 

• During the Promotion Period, a total prize pool of ₦20,000,000 will be credited across 20 (twenty) eligible customer accounts, in the amount of ₦1,000,000 per customer, selected at random. 

• Ten (10) customers will be credited on Saturday 15th August 2026, and  Ten (10) customers will be credited on Sunday 16th August 2026. 

● Promotion Period:  

• The Promotion runs from 00:00 (WAT) on Saturday 15th August 2026 to 23:59 (WAT) on Sunday 16th August 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Prize Funds must be claimed by claim deadline set out in Clause 6. 

● Eligibility 

To be eligible to receive a prize under this Promotion, a customer must, at the time of selection: 

• Hold an active BetKing Nigeria account, 

• Be 18 years or older and meet BetKing’s standard registration criteria. 

• Have made at least one lifetime deposit into their BetKing acount; 

• Have placed at least one real-money bet (bets placed solely using free bets or bonus funds do not count towards this requirement); 

• Not subject to or have previously been subject to, account closure, self-exclusion, suspension, or any other account restriction. 

• Must verify their identity and complete the KYC process in full in accordance with BetKings requirements prior to any funds been withdrawn from the account 

• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of BetKing or any of its affiliated companies. 

BetKing reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage, including after a prize has been credited, and to reclaim any prize funds credited to an ineligible account. 

● Selection of Winners 

• Winners are selected at random by BetKing from the pool of eligible customers. This is not a competition requiring entry, purchase, or any specific action on the part of the customer beyond meeting the eligibility criteria in Section 32. 

• Selection is final. BetKing does not accept requests for inclusion, exclusion, or reselection outside of the process described in these terms. 

● Prize Details 

• Each winning customer will receive a cash credit of ₦1,000,000 to their BetKing account. 

• The prize is credited as real-money account balance and is not a bonus or free bet. 

• There is no cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize to another person or account. 

• Prize funds are subject to BetKing’s standard withdrawal terms and applicable, KYC/identity verification, and any regulatory or compliance checks in place at the time of withdrawal. Customers who have not completed KYC verification must do so in full before any prize funds can be withdrawn. 

● Claiming Your Prize 

• Winning customers will have their prize automatically credited to their account on the applicable date — no claim process is required to receive the credit. 

• Winning customers must, log in and use, wager, or withdraw the credited funds by no later than 23:59 (WAT) on Friday 21 August 2026 ("Claim Deadline"). 

• Any prize funds not claimed, used, or withdrawn by the Claim Deadline will be automatically forfeited and removed from the customer's account BetKing is under no obligation to notify a customer prior to removal. 

● Amplification: By participating, winners consent to having their names, winnings, and images used by BetKing for promotional and marketing purposes across all media channels (including social media, radio, and TV). Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting BetKing’s customer support via call or email at cs@betking.com or the Data protection officer via email at dpo@kingmakers.com 

● General Terms 

• BetKing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or alter these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, .for any reason deemed necessary. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to be aware of any changes or updates we make, and you agree to do so.    

• BetKing’s decision on any dispute concerning this promotion is final. No further correspondence will be entered into concerning the promo period after such a decision. Entries that do not comply, in full, with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.     

• This Promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable BetKing Nigeria General Terms and Conditions, which apply in addition to these Promotion-specific terms. In the event of any conflict, these Promotion-specific terms take precedence in relation to this Promotion only. 

• Participating in this promo constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and BetKing’s general terms of use.  

• Each eligible customer represents and warrants that any information that they provide to BetKing during the promotion period are true and honest representation of facts. BetKing may request additional identification or verification documents where necessary.  

• BetKing reserves the right to withhold or reclaim a prize, and/or suspend an account, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, multiple-accounting, or any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Promotion. 

• Nothing in this Promotion guarantees any customer's inclusion, selection, or receipt of a prize. 

• BetKing shall not be liable for any technical failures, delayed notifications or any loss beyond its reasonable control. 

● Responsible Gambling 

• BetKing is committed to responsible gambling. Customers with active self-exclusion, deposit limits, or other responsible gambling controls in place will not be considered for selection under this Promotion.
