Arsenal vs Everton

Arsenal’s four-game winning run ended at Fulham last weekend (1-1), as they missed the chance to move within four points of Premier League leaders Liverpool.

They did get back to winning ways with a comfortable 3-0 win against Monaco in midweek, and Mikel Arta will feel confident heading into this weekend's clash against Everton, a team the Gunners have beaten a record 102 times in the top-flight.

Unlike their hosts, Everton have enjoyed an extended break ahead of this trip to London after their match against Liverpool last weekend was postponed due to heavy storms.

That means Sean Dyche's men are still riding the high of last week's 4-0 home win over Wolves, their only win in the last six matches (D3, L2).

The Gunners have won five of the last six meetings between these two sides, and their record at the Emirates in 2024 (W13, D2, L1) makes it difficult to bet against them.

● Full time prediction: Arsenal win & over 2.5 goals

Liverpool vs Fulham

Arne Slot's Liverpool have been flying this season, but after playing out a frantic 3-3 draw away to Newcastle in their last league outing, coupled with the emergence of Chelsea as genuine contenders, the Reds can't afford to slip up now.

They earned a hard-fought 1-0 win against Girona in midweek to cement their place at the top of the UEFA Champions League standings, and will certainly be glad to return to Anfield after those road trips, where they have won 12 of their last 13 games (L1), keeping eight clean sheets in the process.

Fulham will be hoping to burst their bubble, and they have recent history of doing so, since they are one of the last four teams to have won at Anfield in the Premier League since March 2021. However, that is still their only win in this fixture in the last 14 meetings (D3, L10).

Mohamed Salah is also in incredible form with 13 goals in 14 league games, and a bet prediction for the Egyptian to score could provide excellent value.

● Bet Builder: Liverpool to win, Mohamed Salah to score anytime, and over 1.5 goals

@2.20

● Full time prediction: Liverpool over 2.5 goals

Manchester City vs Manchester United

The first Manchester derby of the season features two teams struggling for form and two managers in difficult situations.

Pep Guardiola is undoubtedly one of the greatest managerial minds of all time, but he has endured a season like no other. The Spaniard has led his team to just one win in their last 10 games (L7, D2), and the wheels seem to have fallen off completely.

Their latest defeat came against Juventus in midweek, a 2-0 loss that once again exposed City's fragile midfield. Pep's men are still 4th in the standings, which is remarkable considering the number of defeats, but another loss against their bitter rivals could really send things into overdrive.

Meanwhile, Manchester United are not in great form either, but at least they come into this on the back of a European win against Plzen (2-1). Rasmus Hojlund scored twice to take his tally to 5 goals in 5 games under new boss Ruben Amorim.

The Red Devils might only be 11th in the league standings, but their record in this fixture is certainly respectable.

They have won 3 of the last 7 games between both sides, including the FA Cup final victory under previous manager Erik ten Hag. City's current form makes it hard to back them, even at the Etihad.

However, they have conceded more goals than any other team in Europe's top 5 leagues since the start of November (28), and we expect goals here.

● Bet Builder: Erling Braut Haaland to score anytime and over 2.5 goals

@2.10

● Full time prediction: Both teams to score & over 2.5 goals

Chelsea vs Brentford

Enzo Maresca's Chelsea have been flying this season, and their emergence as genuine title contenders is something no one saw coming. The Blues are just four points behind leaders Liverpool, albeit having played a game more, and have scored the most goals in the league (35).

Momentum is sky-high at Stamford Bridge, and the 4-3 win over Tottenham last weekend confirmed their title credentials. Cole Palmer, who scored two penalties on the night, is in scintillating form.

Up next is a visit from Brentford, who will be aiming to land their first away win of the season. Thomas Frank's men are formidable at home but dreadful away, where they have taken just one point in seven games (L6).

They will have their work cut out in stopping this Chelsea team from scoring at will, and our bet of the day is a comfortable win for the hosts.

● Bet Builder: Chelsea to win & Cole Palmer to score anytime

● Full time prediction: Chelsea to win and both teams to score

Rayo vs Real Madrid

Mid-table Rayo welcome title-chasing Real Madrid to the Campo de Futbol, looking for a first win in this fixture since 2019. The hosts snapped a run of three straight defeats with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Valencia last weekend, but haven't won consecutive La Liga games since 2023, making this an even harder task.

Real Madrid, on the other hand, seem to be finding their best form again, after defeating Girona (3-0) and Atalanta (3-2) in the UEFA Champions League.

The return of Vinicius Junior, who has contributed 14 goals across all competitions, is certainly a welcome boost. Their recent record in this fixture (W5, L1, D2) suggests they will be heavy favourites. For the best odds, back Carlo Ancelotti’s men to win this quite comfortably.

● Bet Builder: Real Madrid to win & Vinicius Junior to score anytime

● Full time prediction: Over 2.5 goals

Marseille vs Lille

Marseille have picked up the most points in Ligue 1 since the start of November (W4, L1), and have also scored a league-high ten goals in that run. Their resurgence has lifted Roberto De Zerbi's men to second in the standings ahead of this massive game against Lille.

Despite their fine form, Marseille remain five points below leaders PSG with the winter break on the horizon, but fans are already starting to dream of a first Ligue 1 title since 2010.

Meanwhile, Lille are currently riding a 10-game unbeaten run in the league (W5, D5); a victory on Saturday would see Bruno Genesio's side move level on points with Marseille.

They must improve on their dreadful form in this fixture, especially away, as they have won just one of the last 14 games at the Stade Velodrome (D5, L8).

It's hard to bet against the hosts in this form, and our bet prediction is on a home win.

Mainz vs Bayern Munich

Mainz suffered a heartbreaking 4-3 defeat to Wolfsburg last weekend, despite taking the lead three times. That defeat ended a five-match unbeaten league run (W3, D2), but they remain in the European places, which is an indicator of the progress made under new boss Bo Henriksen.

Bayern are heavy favourites here, and rightly so. They already beat this weekend's opponents 4-0 in the DFB-Pokal in October, and are in scintillating form.

Vincent Kompany's men are fresh off thrashing Shakhtar Donetsk 5-1 in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday, and seem to be handing out beatings left and right, making the goals market an excellent choice for our online betting community.

They begin the weekend with a six-point lead at the top of the table and are unbeaten in the Bundesliga this term (W10, D3). We are backing them to keep that run going.

Barcelona vs Leganes

Barcelona conceded a 94th-minute goal last weekend to draw 2-2 with Real Betis, and, while they remain two points clear at the top of LaLiga, Hansi Flick's men have played one game more than second-place Real Madrid.

The mood will have been lifted with the 3-2 win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League on Wednesday night, and Lamine Yamal's breathtaking performance reminded fans of what they missed during his three-week absence due to injury.

Up next for the Blaugrana is the visit of Leganes, a side two points off the relegation places, with one win in this fixture since 2016.

Leganes have one away win this season (L5, D2) and showed very little fight in their 3-0 defeat to Sociedad last weekend. Our bet prediction for this one is a comfortable win for the table-toppers.

● Bet Builder: Barcelona to win, Robert Lewandowski to score anytime & over 2.5 goals

● Full time prediction: Barcelona over 2.5 goals

PSG vs Lyon

Ligue 1 leaders PSG welcome fifth-place Lyon to the Parc des Princes for the star matchup in France this weekend. Luis Enrique’s men have built up a 5-point lead at the top of the table and are unbeaten in the league after 14 games (W10, D4).

The Parisians put 3 past Salzburg in the Champions League in midweek to snap a run of three games without a win across all competitions and will be confident of extending their unbeaten league run this weekend.

Lyon will be looking to spoil their party, and they have every reason to feel confident after a run of 5 wins in their last 6 games (D1). They have scored 15 goals in the process and look a totally rejuvenated side, despite off-field financial troubles and internal power struggles.

However, their recent record in this fixture (1 win in 6) means they will have to play the game of their lives to take all three points here. With both sides in fine scoring form, our bet prediction for this one is over 2.5 goals.

● Bet Builder: PSG to win, over 1.5 goals and over 8.5 corners

Lazio vs Inter Milan

Lazio are one of the most in-form teams in Europe, and their 3-1 win over Ajax in the Europa League was their 10th win in the last 12 games (D1, L1). Marco Baroni's men have beaten the likes of FC Porto, Bologna, and Napoli during this run and certainly will not be daunted by the visit of defending champions Inter.

Both teams are locked on 31 points, with Lazio only outside the top four on goal difference. The winner of this game could find themselves top of the table depending on other results.

Inter, meanwhile, suffered a 1-0 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen in midweek, their first loss in 14 games (W11, D2).

Simeone Inzaghi's men have not lost consecutive games in 2024 and they have actually fared better on the road than they have at home this season (W4, D2).

The visitors have played one game less, and a win here could send them to the top with the buffer of a game-in-hand. Inter have had the better of Lazio in recent meetings (4 wins in the last 7), but on current form, our bet prediction is for the hosts to avoid defeat.
